Do you hire to couriers?
No we do not hire to Couriers. You will sign our hire agreement form at collection confirming occupation. If you are found to be engaging in Courier or delivery driver activities we will immediately terminate the hire. No refunds will be given and deposit will be forfeited.
What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday 07.00 – 17.30.
- Saturday 07.00 – 14.00.
- We are closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Can I leave my car when I hire a vehicle?
No. We do not have that facility.
Does the deposit have to be paid on my credit card?
The deposit must be paid by credit card and it must be in the driver’s name. We must see the actual card. Payment cannot be taken from a mobile phone or over the telephone.
I have penalty points on my licence, can I still hire a vehicle?
We can accept up to 6 points for certain minor offences, if you have any points whatsoever please confirm with the rental operator when booking your vehicle.
Can I reduce the insurance excess?
No.
Can I take a vehicle overseas?
No. We do not allow our vehicles to go off the UK mainland.
How much fuel is in a vehicle when I take it and what is the fuel policy?
Our terms are that we run full to full. The vehicle will have a full tank on collection and we do ask that the vehicle is returned the same way.
What do I need to hire?
- Aged 25-70
- Held Full Licence For Min. 2 Years -No More Than 6 Points In Last 5 Years
- No Major Convictions
- Must Pay Deposit By Credit or Debit Card
- Need To See Licence, NI Number, Utility Bill Dated Within Past 3 Months And Passport.
